The outstanding feature of the C&F FLY CASES are their Micro-Slit-Foam inserts for storing your flies. Here you don't prick, the fly is only pushed backwards in the slit. The material used for this purpose does not absorb water and will not weaken even after a hundred times inserting and removing flies, but holds the flies securely in the hook bend. This is why we reccomend the Japanese original only, cheap copies of this fly box from China will not ensure long-lasting functionality! A pleasant side effect of the precisely positioned slits in the high-density foam lies in the desired order of all flies almost automatically. The folding box itself is made of high quality and impact resistant plastic with a single, easy-to-open clasp. For hanging or securing the box in a retractor or necklace the flybox has two small eyelets, optionally looped by a thin strap.
The popular MSF Fly Case CF-3500 from the series 35 is waterproof and offers a lot of space. Its removable and interchangeable 8-row pads on both sides make this box ideal for dry flys, wets and nymphs in the most common hook sizes #10 - #16.

New on this box model is that you can now exchange the foam inserts. By combining various system foams (sold separately), you can use it in a variety of customisations. Simply take out the loaded foam pad on each side of the box and insert another loaded patch.
