1. Collection and utilization of personal data
Your personal information like first name, family name, title, billing and shipping adress, email adress and phone number(s) will be collected, processed, stored and used by us to fulfill orders, registrations, reservations or bookings as well as to your information as part of our business activity and oparation. We are an innovative company and use new technologies such as E-mail to edit your inquiries, to inform you about the status of your order, your booking or registration and to inform you about news and special offers.
We will also use your personal information to send you written product or service information from our company. If you transmit personal data to us, you expressly consent to this collection, processing, storage and use of personal data.
We also offer you the option of storing your personal data in a password-protected customer account so that you do not have to enter your name and address again the next time you shop. The data is then automatically entered in the order form. Your data is encrypted using SSL. As an alternative to a customer account you can also order in our online shop without registering.
Safety note: For security reasons, please do not send us any data such as your credit/debit card number or passwords. If you need this data to process your order, booking, reservation or registration, please only use the secure order and payment routine of this online shop for transmission.
2. Passing on personal data
The data is systemically forwarded to the providers allocating the web server. They operate their servers within Europe.
Your personal data will also be passed on by us, Alpine Angler e.K., as this is absolutely necessary for the delivery of your order, confirmation of your booking and the fulfillment of the concluded contract.
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- You have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a).

3. Online payments with Paypal, credit or debit card, direct debit or other payment service providers
So that you can conveniently order online in our web shop and pay as you prefer, we work together with the payment service provider Paypal via its Paypal Checkout module. When paying with PayPal, debit or credit card, by direct debit or via another online payment method such as e.g. Sofort or Giropay, your data required for the payment will be sent to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L- 2449 Luxembourg. Paypal does not affect the payment methods advance payment, on invoice (sometimes only available for activated customers) and cash payment upon collection - here you pay to us directly.
4. Newsletter
We also offer to send you our newsletter by email with interesting reports, offers and news for free, your consent is required for this. A consent once given can be revoked at any time, you can unsubscribe easily by using the "unsubscribe option" in our newsletter module on the website.
5. Access right
Upon request, we will provide you the information about the data stored about you or your pseudonym free of charge. If you would like such information please send an email to info@alpineangler.eu. Upon request, we are obliged to correct, block or delete the data stored about you.
6. Credit Check and Scoring
We do not conduct any credit checks or scoring if we offer you to deliver any goods or perform any services before the full payment has been received, e.g. purchase on account. Instead we trust you to fulfill your contractual obligations.
7. Use of social plugins
We do not use social plugins so your data is most confidential.
8. Use of Cookies
Our website uses Cookies. These are small text files that can be stored by a website locally in the memory of your internet browser on the computer you are using. A cookie can only contain information sent by us to your computer - private data can not be read out. This means, when you visit our website, we have no access to your personal information. 9. Use of Google techniques
9.1 Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam interactions on our website. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google". 10. Integration of services and third-party contents
10.1 YOUTUBE
We may have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on https://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in the "extended data protection mode", that is no data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned below be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer. When you visit the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. Personal data is transmitted. This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged in to, or whether there is no user account. We may have included videos from the provider Vimeo LLC, headquartered at 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011. Vimeo videos are featured on some article pages. If you call up such a webpage on our website, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. This will transmit to the Vimeo server which of our webpages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of Vimeo, Vimeo will assign this information to your personal user account. 10.3 jQery

11. Use of photos
11.1 Photos taken by us
Photos that we have taken of you during one of our services and on which you are clearly recognizable (face from the front or in profile) will only be published if you have given us your consent. If we want to use such photos on our website, in our newsletter or in print media, we will ask for your permission beforehand to publish them. Publication through us is always anonymous, without telling names and without detailed location information. In addition, we do not publish/post photos on social media.
11.2 Photos taken by you
By submitting you verify to be the owner of all rights of the submitted photo(s) - in particular all copyright and ancillary copyright in regard of all other rights for use and disclosure. Furthermore you guarantee that the photos do not violate applicable law. Alpine Angler e.K. may use the images irrevocably and unrestrictedly if you have given your consent. In addition you grant Alpine Angler e.K. the right to use the photos also offline in print publications for the purpose of advertising. You acknowledge that it is in the sole discretion of Alpine Angler e.K. to decide whether submitted photos are published in this context or not.
12. Social Media
Alpine Angler e.K. is not active on any social media platform, as we are critical of the business practices as well as the intensive data collection as well as tracking and profiling of these companies. We also strongly doubt their guarantee of sufficient and secure data protection. We believe that no appearance and, above all, no posts or communication on these platforms means the highest level of security for your data and your privacy.

- In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.
- In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims is required.
- In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the correctness of the data, if the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you do this to assert or exercise it or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
- In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible.
- In accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your once given consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.

15. Right to object
If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit.f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. that arise from your particular situation. 16. Duration of storage
No full IP addresses of informational users of the website are stored on this website or they are deleted immediately after the end of use of the website. The stored usage processes are deleted after 6 months at the latest. If you write to us by e-mail, this data will generally be deleted 6 months after the last communication after the request has been answered. In the event that a customer relationship develops from this contact or relates to an existing customer relationship, this data is used to create a customer file or, if necessary, is stored in the customer file. Unless the law provides for retention periods, the inventory data will be deleted after the end of the contract. If there are statutory retention periods, storage can take up to 10 years.
17. Obligation to provide data
As far as the collection and processing of the so-called server log files are concerned, the information is mandatory. The transmission of personal data, name and email address when contacting us via the contact form are also mandatory. The transmission of further data is voluntary.
18. Automatic decision making
Automated decision-making in accordance with Art. 22 GDPR does not take place.
19. Change of purpose
Personal data are processed for the purpose for which they were collected. There is no change in the intended use.
20. Safety note
If personal data is collected via our website, the transmission is encrypted using the data transmission method SSL "Secure Socket Layer". In addition, we ensure that only those employees of our company have access to your personal data who need them to carry out their respective tasks. They are appropriately trained in terms of security and data protection.
